Songbird – Thunderbolts

Project Description

Body suit is made of black matte spandex, white metallic spandex, and pink metallic spandex. The body suit was patterned so the white “boots” were part of the suit so I didn’t have to worry about them shifting. The pink piping was made by me using the pink metallic spandex and then sewn into the weird seam lines. The white bird on the front was sewn directly on top of the suit. Shoes were just covers made of the same white metallic as the rest of the suit. Gloves are quick and dirty style gloves. The armor is made of craft foam, fiberglass, and resin. The shoulder armor is all craftfoam covered in fiberglass. The gauntlets and belt are craft foam covered in resin then painted so they could remain flexible. The pink bits are acrylic. Big thank you to IceMan Props for helping on the armor bits!
