Construction Notes: I started this costume back in Dec. or Nov of last year but never got around to finishing it. Struggled with a retardly easy dress, or at least it should have been. Some how the easier it is, the harder time I have it. Gloves, glove tops, and boot covers were made out of stretch faux suede. Dress is made out of a satin like material but isn't... has a wierd backing to it. Belt is covered in fabric and the buckle was casted in resin. Tiara was casted and painted. Gold pins are made out of clay. Necklace was painted pendant. My staff and shield are new and my FAVORITE part of the costume. The staff is clay, pvc pipe, foam and a glass wine stopper. The shield is made of wood that I arched, sanded and painted. The details are craft foam. I LOVE my shield. Wig is my Tylee wig which is an Ivy in 6 (brown) from Cosworx.
